Bartlett Pond Invasive Plant Management
The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts, acting through its Town Administrator, hereby solicits proposals from qualified individuals and firms with considerable experience in pond aquatic plant
management to develop and implement a multi-year program to maintain open water habitat, and maintain beneficial algal growth quantities and the recreational uses of boating and fishing in Bartlett Pond, Northborough.
All respondents are required to respond in written form to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and to submit documentation substantiating their qualifications to perform the services required. The scope of the RFP is to design, permit, and implement a program of assessment, chemical treatment, monitoring, and reporting that will maintain open water conditions in Bartlett Pond.
Sealed proposals shall be received by the Town Administrator’s Office, 63 Main Street, Northborough 01532 on or before 12:00 PM, Thursday, February 1, 2024. Proposals delivered after
the appointed time and date will not be considered. This RFP shall be governed by the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act. The Town reserves the right to reject
any and all bids determined to not be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
