Request for Proposals - Assessing Services for Personal Property Updates
The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide assessment updates of all personal property accounts including utilities as the basis of the Town’s assessment update effective January 1, 2023 for the Fiscal Year 2024; January 1, 2024 for the Fiscal Year 2025; and January 1, 2025 for the Fiscal Year 2026 tax billing cycles. All vendors must submit in conformance with the Request for Proposal documents available in the Town Administrator’s Office, 63 Main Street. Town Offices are open Mon, Weds, Thurs 8AM-4PM; Tues 8AM-7PM; and Fri 7AM-12PM, and online at: https://www.town.northborough.ma.us/bids. This RFP shall be governed by the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act. Proposals shall be received by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 to the Office of the Town Administrator in conformance with the requirements listed in the RFP documents issued on January 25, 2023.
