The Town of Northborough invites commercial real estate development Firm/Individuals with experience in historic preservation, downtown corridor development, and sustainable property development practices to submit proposals for the purchase of .42 acres of the former Northborough Fire Station located at 13 Church Street in Northborough, Massachusetts. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is made pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 16, pertaining to Sale of Real Property.
