The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts, through its Fire Station Building Committee, invites qualified applicants to submit proposals for Architect/Design services associated with the design and construction of a modern, state-of-the-art Central Fire Station on Main Street in Northborough. All applicants must submit in conformance with the Request for Qualifications documents available in the Town Administrator’s Office on March 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at 63 Main Street, or online at: https://www.town.northborough.ma.us/bids. Town Offices are open Mon, Weds, Thurs 8AM-4PM; Tues 8AM-7PM; and Fri 7AM-12PM. This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, M.G.L. c. 7C, §§44-58 and M.G.L, Chapter 149, Section 44A½. Proposals shall be received by 2:00 p.m. on April 26, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded. No proposals will be accepted after the time and date noted.
