The Town of Northborough, (“Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A½ and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to retain the services of an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to oversee the design and bidding/construction of a new Fire Station. The OPM will be the principal agent in providing project management services for the duration of the Fire Station Building Project (“Station”) in Northborough, Massachusetts (“Project”).

05/04/2022: RFQ available beginning at 10AM via email request or on the town’s website

05/11/2022: Briefing Session to occur at Northborough Town Hall (63 Main Street) in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at 2:00 p.m.

05/16/2022: Last day for questions from Respondents; responses due from Town to respondents on 5/18/2022

05/25/2022: Responses due at 2:00PM to: Town Administrator's Office, 63 Main Street, Northborough, MA 01532
