PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF NORTHBOROUGH
Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public hearing by petition of the Tree Warden concerning removal and/or trimming of various town trees in the Town of Northborough will be conducted via remote participation on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 5:30PM pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 87, Section 3. A list of these trees will be made available for viewing upon request, please contact the Public Works Office at 508-393-5030 or email dpw@town.northborough.ma.us during regular business hours. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted.
