Request for Proposals - Animal Control and Animal Inspector Services

The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide Animal Control and Animal Inspector Services on a 24 hour per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year basis.  All vendors must submit their proposals in conformance with the Request for Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) package will be available beginning Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. online at https://www.town.northborough.ma.us/bids.  All addendums and updates to the RFP will be posted to the site above. This RFP shall be governed by the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities. Sealed proposals shall be received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023.
