IFB - DPW Garage Holding Tank Project
Sealed bids for the DPW Garage Holding Tank Project for the Town of Northborough, will be received at the Department of Public Works, 63 Main Street, 2nd floor, Northborough MA 01532 until 2pm prevailing time, on Wednesday July 17th, 2024, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work includes the construction, excavation, and the furnishing and installation of a 40,000-gallon FRP underground industrial wastewater holding tank equipped with an electronic tank monitoring system.
Documents will be available on Wednesday June 26th, 2024 and may be viewed and downloaded as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file free of charge at www.accentblueprints.com. Copies may be obtained for a fee by completing an order online or by calling 978-362-8038 for each set.
A NON-MANDATORY Prebid Conference will be held at the DPW garage (190 Main Street, Northborough) on July 10, 2024, at 10:00am. Any request for interpretation of plans and specifications may be submitted in writing at that time. All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended.
