In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 6:00pm to consider the following applications. Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Provisions of the imposing strict limitations on the number of people that they may gather in one place, this meeting of the Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. To consider the petition Quality Framing Contractor, Inc. for an Amendment to a Special Permit with Site Plan Approval and for an Amendment to a Special Permit in the Groundwater Protection Overlay District for construction with a revised Architectural Plan for the approved two-family dwelling on the property located at 399 Hudson Street, Map 30 and Parcel 81, in the Residential C zoning district and Groundwater Protection Overlay District 3.
