Studies have shown that a Whole Food Plant-based Diet can reduce the risk of many diseases. The purpose of this class is to help inspire more people to eat more plant-based whole grains, fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds and healthy oils. In this class series we will explore many nutritious protein rich, high fiber, low fat, 0 cholesterol easy to prepare dishes that will make you feel good. At the beginning of the class we will do some gentle Qigong movements to help you relax and focused, including some gentle acupressure massages, tapping and breathing exercises. Come participate in this fun and delicious class and enjoy a dose of "good for you" dishes that can enhance your health and boost your immune system.
